No retainers. No 6-month lock-in. No agency fluff.
I take 10% of the revenue I generate for you — that's it.
You've got the product. You've got the team. But growth still feels unpredictable — because the account you're running on was never built for real scale.
Some months you do $100k. Others you burn $10k and get nothing. It feels random — because without structure, it is.
"Why do my ads die after two weeks no matter how many creatives I test?" Because volume without a testing system is just noise.
Your ROAS looks fine on the dashboard, but your margins say otherwise. Nobody's optimising to contribution profit — only to platform metrics.
Your competitors are everywhere in the feed with sharp UGC and offers that convert — and you're invisible with the same three product shots.
Third agency in 18 months. Each one charged $3–5k a month upfront, promised the world, and handed your account to a junior media buyer.
iOS killed your attribution and nobody fixed it. You're making budget decisions on data that under-reports half your sales.
Endless assets pushed live with no hypothesis. Creative burnout is real — and expensive.
Performance drops off a cliff after 10–14 days because the same people see the same ad.
Scaling by doubling budgets and hoping. No CBO logic, no incrementality, no plan.
Meta and Google are creative-driven platforms. Winning angles beat targeting tricks every time.
Let the platform AI do what it's good at — after you feed it clean signals and a proper structure.
We scale on contribution margin and blended MER — not on a vanity ROAS column.
No retainer. No setup fee. No minimum term. I take 10% of the revenue I generate through Meta & Google Ads — nothing else. If your revenue doesn't move, my invoice is zero.
That means I'm not incentivised to look busy. I'm incentivised to grow your revenue. It's the most aligned deal you'll get from anyone running your paid media.
For brands that want both demand creation and demand capture, I run the Google side as well — Merchant Center approvals, Shopping, and Search — under the same performance-based deal.
There are significant steps to get a GMC-linked store approved, and even a fully compliant store can still get rejected. I've built my own strategies from 100+ approvals — and I'll tell you exactly what to do for the two weeks after, too.
Suspended account? Disapproved products? I get GMC accounts approved, feeds fixed, and keep them compliant.
Standard Shopping and Performance Max built on clean, optimised product feeds.
High-intent Search that captures the demand your Meta ads create — end to end.
You can have the sharpest targeting, the highest budget in your category, and still lose to a competitor with better ads. Your ad is your first impression, your headline, and your closing argument — all in one second. I design them to win that second.
Images and video built for how people actually use Instagram, Facebook and Google — not generic stock forced into ad placements.
I produce several creative directions — benefit-led, urgency-led, social-proof-led — so we know which angle actually works before we scale.
Everything looks like you, not a template. Your colours, your tone, your brand standards — applied properly.
Creatives delivered in structured test sets, so your campaigns are always learning what performs better.
I analyse performance data and keep refining — replacing underperformers, doubling down on what's winning.
Pulled straight from Meta Ads Manager exports. No mockups, no invented numbers.
This client came to me from the health niche, and unlike most, they came prepared. They already knew their audience inside and out — what they didn't have was a strategy that could scale without burning through the budget.
I brought in the systems I've built from years of running ad accounts and stopped the guesswork. That month, the account pulled a 12.97× ROAS — one of the best this brand has ever seen.
This brand was in the fashion niche. They had great creatives, but their previous agency was getting everything else wrong — bad ad structure, no system, no tracking to speak of.
We picked their four best-performing video creatives, launched on a fresh pixel, and let the data speak for itself.
I don't try to help everyone. Because I'm paid on performance, I only take on brands I know I can scale.
My name is Raimundas, and I run this alone — no team, no account managers, no middlemen. I taught myself media buying from scratch, and the proof is in my own business: I built a brand in the health niche from nothing to a six-figure exit using the exact strategies I now run for clients. Media buying still amazes me — there's no other channel where one good decision can move a business that fast.
I charge 10% of the revenue I generate instead of a flat retainer for one reason: I'd rather be paid for outcomes than for hours logged in Ads Manager. It also does the filtering for me — brands that can't actually scale don't take this deal, which keeps my roster full of accounts I know I can move.
I'm also currently studying at Information Technology University, so if something on your website or Shopify store is broken, slow, or just doesn't make sense — ask me. Don't hesitate, reach out. :)

Here are the answers to the things most brands ask before scaling with me. Anything else — just message me on WhatsApp.
I take 10% of the revenue generated through the ads I run for you, billed monthly against tracked revenue we both agree on up front. No retainer, no setup fee, no minimum contract. If revenue doesn't come in, there's nothing to invoice.
Yes — ad spend goes on your own card, straight to the platform, in your own ad account. You keep full ownership of the account, the pixel, the data and the creative. My 10% is separate from and on top of your media budget.
I work with brands at every stage now — including ones just starting out, not just $10k+/month accounts. The real mismatch is if you have nothing set aside for actual ad spend, or you want to keep controlling the ad account yourself day to day. Beyond that, I'm open to talking.
Most buyers optimise for platform ROAS. I optimise for contribution profit and blended MER — the numbers that decide whether your business is actually growing. Add proper tracking, a real creative testing system, and the fact that I only earn when you earn, and the incentives line up completely.
Onboarding and audit take about 3 days. Campaigns go live in week one, and the first 14 days are learning-phase and creative testing. Most brands see meaningful movement in weeks 3–6, with real scaling once we know which angles win.
Yes. I've approved 100+ Google Merchant Center accounts and run Shopping and Search campaigns alongside Meta. See the GMC approval page for the full process.
Five at a time. Performance-based pricing only works if every account gets real daily attention, so I keep the roster small on purpose.
I take on 5 new brands per month. If you're serious about scaling with less stress and more profit — let's talk.
